Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM SAST may be processed the following business day.

Dispatch Once processed, orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
